Steve in sales, in addition to being in the Washington State Motorcycle hall of fame, has always been friendly and knowledgable. Bret the owner, and the parts guy always has some friendly advice, and everyone else is professional and friendly! On my last motorcycle purchase a 2020 KTM 1290, they gave me a fair trade in price on my KTM 990, and a real great sale price on my new KTM! They have never tried to push accessories, and are just honest and straight forward professionals. "Top notch customer service start to finish! I set out to buy a TE 300 for myself and a TC 50 for my son. They had a 50 in stock and a TE 300 on the way. Celina and the team we're very accommodating. They were willing to hold the TC 50 for over a month until the 300 came in. I must give a big thumbs up to the dealership for standing behind their work and making a bad situation right again. I had past work done on my KTM Superduke 1290 r at this dealership and was always happy with the work that was done. Living in Canada, the choices for servicing for my particular bike are somewhat limited so I decided to check out my options South of the border. I am glad I did. From the moment I first spoke to Robyn in the service department, I was satisfied that I was going to be well taken care of. Communication was always good, and the customer service was top notch. I stopped by and talked with Luke Kotovic (Service Manager) about having them fix it. The damage was worse than I thought, but they did all of the work and put it back into tiptop shape for me. They kept me advised of the situation and provided everything the insurance company needed to move the case along and get the bike back on the road. From the time I first walked in the door until I rode away on my repaired bike (yesterday), the experience was totally positive. I highly recommend this dealership."
